Shipping and Return Policy
LOLA will happily receive purchased items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase date All items must be in original, tagged and unworn condition. Exchange or merchandise credit will be good for up to 1 year of return. LOLA will not offer any refunds.
LOLA reserves the right to refuse any exchange that cannot be resold.
For all ONLINE purchases, LOLA will need to be contacted within 7 days of receiving item via email, phone or fax regarding wrong size, color or damage. LOLA will authorize an exchange for same or different item if in stock. From authorization date, customer will have 7 days to ship product back to LOLA at their own expense (save for damaged or defective items – which will be taken care of by LOLA). If a preferred item is not in stock for exchange, store credit will be issued and good for up to 1 year from date of original purchase.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
All orders in the continental US are shipped via Flat Fee USPS for $10.20 (Unless otherwise noted)
